This post is part-time and permanent, working 21 hours per week. The salary stated above is the pro-rata amount, the full-time salary would be £30,408 - £33,249 per annum (Incl. LWA).

The Information and Communications Assistant sits within the Careers and Employability Service in the Student Engagement Projects team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a friendly, diverse, and forward-thinking team. This role is a front-line service for both students, graduates, colleagues, and employers and assists with coordinating and producing all careers and employability-related information, communication, and marketing, as well as providing excellent service to all stakeholders. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working in customer service and delivering a high standard of customer care, have excellent IT skills (including good working knowledge of MS Office) and the ability to undertake general office duties. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is able to build good working relationships with colleagues, students and external partners. They will also enjoy working as part of a busy team and have a pro-active approach to problem solving.
