Residential Co-ordinator (Fixed Term)

Post 1 - Residential Coordinator (Marylebone Halls) 
Monday to Friday 3pm–11 pm. Full Time 35 hours per week 

Post 2 - Residential Coordinator (Harrow Hall) 
Saturdays and Sundays 8pm– 8am. Part-time 22 hours per week.

Post 3 – Residential Coordinator (Harrow Halls)
Monday to Friday 3 pm – 11 pm. Full Time 35 hours per week

The Residential Services Department within Student Affairs are looking to add two Residential Coordinators to its Halls of Residence Team – one full time post and a part time post.  The University has circa 1050 bedrooms in its halls of residence portfolio and this post will act as a first point of contact for residents and visitors within the hall. 

You will have good experience of working within a receptionist type role, delivering high levels of customer service. The Residential Coordinator will be required to work at each hall of residence covering annual leave etc. halls are located across London and at our student village at Harrow.

You will have excellent communication, administration, computer and organisational skills. You will be required to use your own initiative when working independently, with the confidence to handle a broad range of enquiries. This can range from giving general advice, daily checking of standards in our building, to responding to emergency situations reporting incidents to the Residential Management Team.
