The University of Westminster has approximately 20,000 students across 5 Faculties spanning a wide range of disciplines. The consolidated turnover of the University and its subsidiary companies is in excess of £200 million.
Based in London’s West End, the Corporate Planning and Performance Department consists of approximately 25 professionally qualified team members, working across strategic & operational planning, management accounting, business intelligence and risk management functions.
Supporting delivery of the University mission, the Department produces integrated and forward-looking intelligence and provides stakeholders with timely, accurate and relevant management information for driving efficiencies and effectiveness. The processes within the department are agile to change and reflect the significant shifts in the sector.
Reporting to the Key Performance Indicator Enhancement Manager, the Survey Officer will play a pivotal role in project managing the National Student Survey (NSS), and will work in collaboration with leadership teams across the University to improve the student experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent Project Management and interpersonal skills to play a leading and high profile role in shaping the future performance of the University. The successful candidate will have a first degree or equivalent relevant experience. It is anticipated that you will be self-motivated with a positive and flexible attitude, as well as being highly IT literate with excellent MS Office skills.
