Location: Central London

The Estates Planning & Services department, within the University of Westminster, seek a Facilities Assistant to join the front of house team, providing direct support to staff, students and external customers.  This post has a number of duties, which are all vital to the overall customer experience. 

You will posses excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful manner. You will also have a flexible and organised approach to make a busy environment run efficiently, prioritisation skills are therefore vital.  Experience of providing facilities services and knowledge of health and safety requirements is required as well as a basic level of computer literacy.  

This role is physically active; requiring a large amount of lifting and moving furniture therefore, an understanding of manual handling guidelines is required.  

Hours of work are 35 hours per week, which will incorporate some weekend working on a rota basis.
