Helpdesk Administrator

Salary: NG3 - £26,208 per annum (Incl.LWA)

This post is fixed term for one year  

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support within our busy Estates team. This key post within the department and will involve responding to a wide range of queries from staff, students and visitors in a professional and timely manner. Duties of this post will include logging and allocating facilities tasks, diary management, minute taking and raising financial purchase orders. 

The post requires the candidate to be customer focused, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Working as part of a team, you will need to be able to organise and prioritise tasks, dependent on urgency, ensuring an efficient service is provided at all times. You will have strong administrative experience and working with helpdesk systems.  Experience of MS Office is essential.
