This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

We are seeking to appoint to this key role in the Student Lifecycle Team which supports the student experience from enrolment to completion. This would be an ideal post for someone who wants to begin their career in university administration. The Student Lifecycle Administrator role includes a wide range of administrative responsibilities which support key milestone in the student journey including enrolment, certification and transcripts, and graduation ceremonies. 

The successful candidate will provide students, colleagues and third parties with advice on University regulations, procedures and services in the areas delivered by the Student Lifecycle Team. This includes document production, records maintenance, information verification, graduation and student enrolment.

Candidates should have a good educational background coupled with administrative experience, be IT literate, and have excellent written, and oral communication skills.  Candidates should be customer-focused with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Working within a busy team, candidates must be able to organise and prioritise their own workload, exercise initiative and work well under pressure.
