Graduate School Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University’s Graduate School Registry, providing wide ranging administrative support to our doctoral research students.  This role will be central in maintaining business processes that underpin the research student lifecycle from enrolment through to completion.

The Graduate School Administrator will ensure that research student records are maintained accurately and effectively in the University’s Virtual Research Environment (VRE), and provide support for Graduate School events and the Doctoral Researcher Development Programme (DRDP).  The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Graduate School’s various committees.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who can work effectively with academic and professional support staff across the University to provide a high quality student focused service to our Graduate School community.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a wide range of administrative experience, preferably within a higher education registry setting. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
