The Head of Counselling, Wellbeing and Residences is a new role in the recently created directorate of Student and Academic Services. The post holder will lead the teams, which deliver the critical services for student wellbeing, enabling students to fulfil their potential and supporting the University’s retention and progression ambitions.

They will work closely with Professional Services and academic colleagues as well as University of Westminster Student Union to develop and implement relevant policies, practices and procedures, creating a culture that enables an outstanding student experience.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, professional expertise and a thorough understanding of how student wellbeing informs student success and graduate outcomes.
