We have two vacancies, one working 34 hours a week across five days (Sunday-Thursday) and one working 27 hours a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday) based at our West End Campuses but working across all our sites. The posts are positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the University's student services.  

The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills.  The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.
