Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator

The University of Westminster is looking for a CRM Coordinator to support the ongoing implementation, coordination and analysis of CRM marketing practices to increase levels of applications from prospective students.

Responsibilities include:

To lead and deliver on targeted and tailored communications to prospects interested in studying at the university. 
Working with professional and academic colleagues to create engaging and relevant content.
Prepare reports and analysis to key stakeholders.
Support colleagues with technical CRM queries and requests.
Uphold good data governance practice within the CRM.
Contribute to training, user guides and handbooks.
Support the CRM Manager in developing strategies to improve and expand the use of CRM at the university.
