We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to lead the Clinical Services team at the Clinic at the University of Westminster, a physical therapy and multi-practice clinic in the Fitzrovia, Medical district of London. The Clinic is located in central London in a vibrant and popular area with excellent potential to deliver valuable services to the resident and visiting population. We are looking for a Clinic Manager for our Health and Wellbeing Clinic.

The post holder will who will play a leading role in ensuring the success of the service. They will provide Clinic management that also supports a small amount of student training for the University’s School of Life Sciences; provide high quality patient-focused clinical and administrative service; supports clinic activities consistent with good clinical audit and governance in the context of safe working practice. They will ensure that the clinic maintains financial sustainability and becomes resilient to market changes.

Candidates are expected to educated to degree level and to hold a business or management qualification.  Experience of clinical practice management is essential, as is demonstrable experience of successfully line-managing a team of technical and professional support staff, within such an environment.  Knowledge of health and safety legislation, and compliance and best practice requirements within a clinical environment is a must.  The full person specification requirements are contained in the job description, and applicants are encouraged to address these requirements in their application supporting statement.
