You will become part of a community of around 70 academic staff and 1500 students with a shared focus on the development, operation, management and leadership of responsible and sustainable organisations in an international context. This is an exciting time to join us as we extend our portfolio of courses and research activity.

The School hosts a successful MSc in Sustainability Management and Innovation alongside Masters’ courses in International Business and Management, Entrepreneurship, HRM, Economics and International Development. In addition, we are launching an innovative MSc Social Enterprise in September 2021. We have a thriving portfolio of undergraduate courses in Economics, HRM, International Business and Entrepreneurship, including three specialist BA Business Management programmes (all of which embed sustainability in their delivery); we are planning to add a new undergraduate course in BA Business Management – Social Enterprise in September 2022.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, creative and innovative individual who can teach on our postgraduate courses in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship, as well as contributing to the delivery of our undergraduate programmes. You would also be expected to be research active and support our academic enterprise activities. As a Lecturer, the post holder will be expected to take on leadership roles at module level as determined by the needs of the School.

You will hold a post-graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant area, will have teaching experience and hold a teaching qualification or HEA Fellowship, show evidence of the ability to produce research publications and have a good personal reputation and professional standing.
