To strengthen our commitment to delivering high quality education and research we are seeing to recruit a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced team of academic staff. You will be involved in the development and delivery of a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of real estate.  You will also be expected to contribute to our research and knowledge transfer activities.

You will have academic qualifications in a relative field, appropriate experience in real estate or its associated professions. Full membership of an appropriate professional body is desirable.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the following areas; property valuation, investment, management and development, planning and compulsory purchase.

Academic experience is not essential, but you will have outstanding communication skills and a commitment to excellence and innovation in learning and teaching.
