This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. 

The University of Westminster is seeking to invest in its Learning and Development team for our colleagues in these challenging times and this is an exciting opportunity to join, grow and develop within a newly formed specialist team within the Human Resources department. 

We currently have two vacancies with inter-changeable portfolios. This role will have lead responsibility for; 

A focus on Digital/Online Learning – blended learning, e-learning modules, webinars, survey design and data, implementation of online PDR platform and LMS, SharePoint, flexible/activity based working support, OD data.

You will be responsible for the design and management of programmes of work that will lead to organisational performance improvements and cultural change.  Providing a professional service that delivers comprehensive leadership, management, learning and development advisory and support services to all University colleagues, reflecting the objectives of our People Strategy. You will also deliver and facilitate a range of development activities, coach and educate our colleagues and deliver presentations to a wide range of audiences.

You will model a customer-centred approach and a commitment to personal and professional development and have a practitioners understanding of how the People Strategy enables and supports the implementation of University objectives and underpins all HRM/D policy and practice. You will work closely with colleagues and managers at all levels across the University and will therefore be expected to forge strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, utilising your highly developed interpersonal skills.
