Over the last year we have successfully transitioned our teaching, learning and assessment online and are now delivering a blend of online, face-to-face and hybrid teaching.

This post sits within the School of Organisations, Economy, and Society (SOES), part of Westminster Business School. You will become part of a community of more than 70 permanent academic staff and additional part-time visiting lecturers.  

The School is particularly proud of its longstanding partnerships with a number of professional bodies including the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) which awards professional accreditation for our MA Human Resource Management, and MA International Human Resource Management degrees.

You will be based at the University’s Marylebone campus, opposite Baker Street Station, centrally located and immersed in London’s business community. 

You will hold a post-graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant area, will have teaching experience and hold a teaching qualification or HEA Fellowship.

We are interested in recruiting a candidate from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds such as Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organisational behaviour and Business strategy and analysis

We expect applicants to be able to teach at UG and PG levels. As a Lecturer, you will be expected to work closely with Course Leaders, Module Leaders and other members of the course team. You will contribute to the development of teaching materials, methods and assessments as well as leading module(s) yourself. Duties include marking and giving feedback, acting as a personal tutor and mentor and providing pastoral support to students. You will also be expected to engage in subject, professional or pedagogic research or other scholarly activities to support your teaching.
