This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. 
The School of Finance and Accounting is part of Westminster Business School, one of the largest and longest established providers of business and management education in London.  The School has a strong reputation for its specialist Accounting and Finance programmes, offered at undergraduate and postgraduate level. To support ambitious growth in the development of existing and new Finance courses, we are seeking to appoint a technician to initially support academic colleagues in the integration of the Bloomberg Financial Analytics system and related financial software tools and enterprise applications into their teaching and learning practices.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with students and academic colleagues to support the development of capabilities in the use of Bloomberg technology for education and increase accessibility to this cutting-edge technological resource. 

You will work in our dedicated Financial Markets Suite at our Marylebone Road campus.  You will work primarily with Finance academics and students and will also play an integral role in promoting the Bloomberg platform to colleagues and students from other disciplines areas within the Business School.

In addition to technical expertise and passion for technology the role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective team-working skills, problem solving, attention to detail, proven organisation and time management skills along with a service based customer-oriented approach.?
