This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

The Apprenticeships Course Officer is a new role designed to support our expanding degree apprenticeships programme. Based within the Academic Registrar’s Department, the postholder will provide a key interface between the three Campus Registries and be responsible for developing, managing and coordinating the administration of student records for the University’s apprenticeship programmes. 

The postholder will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and lead on the identification of development needs in the Student Record System to support apprenticeship administration, whilst ensuring consistency with University processes and Academic Regulations. 

Candidates should have a good educational background coupled with extensive experience of assessment administration and interpreting regulations within a Higher Education or Further Education environment. They must demonstrate knowledge of degree apprenticeships and be highly competent in the use and development of student record systems.
