This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and high performing member of staff to support the delivery of Broadcast Media Production across the School of Media and Communication at the University of Westminster. 

You would be responsible for teaching and leading modules at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level, leading the Broadcast News modules at MA level. Students in Broadcast News take part in a series of assessed ‘newsdays’, where they are required to output a news bulletin programme 'as live'.  Other modules include work on the BA Digital Media degree and BA Television course teaching core digital production skills. 

This is a highly collaborative role which involves working side by side with academics and technical instructors in the TV news studio.  The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working on a live TV news show and have a knowledge of digital workflows and modern media production methods.
