We have two posts available at Lecturer level. These posts are full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

As a result of positive action, we are in a strong financial position to deliver our ambitious strategy ‘Being Westminster’ (link here).  Over the last year we have successfully transitioned our teaching, learning and assessment online and going forward we will be delivering a blend of online, face-to-face and hybrid teaching.

These posts sit within the School of Management and Marketing, part of Westminster Business School. You will become part of a community of around 60 academic staff and 2,000 students with a shared focus on sustainable business, responsible management, strategy, marketing and digital marketing in an international context. You will be based at the University’s Marylebone site, opposite Baker Street Station, centrally located and immersed in London’s business community. 

This is an exciting time to join us as we extend our portfolio of courses and research activity. We are interested in recruiting candidates with a range of expertise but are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in the following areas:

Digital Marketing
Sustainable Business 
Business Diagnosis 
Designing values
Design thinking
Data Analytics for Business Decision Making

We particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience and enthusiasm for technology-enhanced learning practices. Successful candidates will also benefit from our in-house bespoke online teaching training programme.

You will be expected to work closely with Course Leaders, Module Leaders and other members of the course team. You will contribute to the development of teaching materials, methods and assessments as well as leading modules yourself. Duties will include marking and giving feedback, acting as a personal tutor and mentor and providing pastoral support to students. You will also be expected to engage in subject, professional or pedagogic research or other scholarly activities to support your teaching.

You will hold a degree and a post graduate qualification in a relevant area, have teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification or HEA/Advanced HE Fellowship.
