This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator, with a keen interest in events coordination, to join the Student Lifecycle Team in the Academic Registrar’s Department.  

The Student Lifecycle Events Coordinator will have a pivotal part to play in the organisation, logistics and delivery of our graduation ceremonies and enrolment events, which are key milestones in the student journey. 

In addition, the postholder will provide supervisory support for the two Student Lifecycle Administrators and will contribute to the overall work of the Student Lifecycle Team.  

Candidates should be educated to degree level or have equivalent skills, have experience of working in further or higher education sector and working with large records systems, be highly IT literate with excellent MS Office skills, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.?Candidates must be customer-focused and have excellent interpersonal skills.?The candidate will be able to manage a varied workload and to prioritise activities appropriately.
