This post available is full time, working 35 hours per week and fixed term for 6 months (April 2023 to September 2023). 

We are looking for recent graduates from the University of Westminster who have a passion for education or training, and an interest in the use of data and digital capability development.  As Westminster develops its use of online teaching and learning, we have an opportunity for a Graduate Digital Learning Assistant to work closely with academic colleagues and students to help with some specific projects aimed at supporting academic colleagues in their use of digital technologies in teaching. 

You will work as part of a team supporting the academic staff and students across the Colleges.  Typically, each College Team will include Learning Design Technologists, Student Associates and Graduate Digital Learning Assistants, providing support to for Schools.  You will need to proactively engage with academic colleagues and students on the ground to develop positive and supportive relationships, that will help guide and inform your work.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge and experience of digital learning tools and data analysis, strong analytical and administrative ability, effective team-working skills, proven organisation and time management skills. Alongside this we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a broad understanding of the significance of analytics and digital capability for teaching, learning, working and everyday life.  The University is actively promoting diversity in its workforce.
