This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. 

The University of Westminster is seeking to appoint an experienced Organisational Development Engagement and Wellbeing Lead to join their growing Organisational Development team within the People, Culture and Wellbeing (PCW) department. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join, grow and develop in a high-impact, specialist team – committed to supporting the development and growth of all colleagues across the University, and building a positive and sustainable workplace culture.

The postholder will be part of a well-respected and highly motivated team focused on improving and developing opportunities for learning, development, and growth for all colleagues. 

As a key member of the PCW team, you will lead the universities Wellbeing and Engagement plan to deliver our People Strategy and will be responsible for health and wellbeing, employee engagement and developing people so they can be the best possible version of themselves at work.

You will work closely with Heads of College, Heads of School, the Equality diversity and Inclusion Committee, Professional Services Directors and managers at all levels to deliver the Being Westminster strategic framework.
