This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until 29 August 2025.

We are looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst who is diligent, customer-focused, self-motivated and flexible in their ways of working. The successful candidate will work alongside all members of the Service Desk team to support our staff and students, offering an exceptional quality of service and user experience. Within this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the End User Support and Service Management teams. 

The post holder will be working in collaboration with other Service Desk Analysts within the team, as well as the Team Lead. A clear focus on user experience is essential and as a core member of the Service Desk team, The successful candidate will assist with the management and resolution of Incidents and Service requests. Essential to this role is the identification and participation in identifying and exploring opportunities to continuously improve our service and user experience.

Excellent communication, customer service and inter-personal skills are essential. We are looking for someone who has a desire to ensure our customers have a great experience and this role will suit someone who has aspirations to develop within Service Desk and the Information Services and Support department. The successful candidate will promote a culture and environment where our staff and student users are at the heart of all we do.
