This post is full time and fixed, maternity cover till October 2025, working 35 hours per week. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Student Lifecycle Team in the Academic Registrar’s Department. The Student Lifecycle Officer contributes to the overall work of the Student Lifecycle team which oversees the coordination and delivery of graduation, enrolment, examinations and module registration for the University. 

The role has particular responsibility for the coordination and delivery of onsite exam invigilation and support for Individual Exam Arrangements. The post holder will supervise the Student Lifecycle Coordinator to ensure an excellent, customer-facing service for students and staff. 

The successful candidate should be educated to degree level or have equivalent skills, have experience of working in the higher education sector, have experience of examinations, be highly IT literate with excellent MS Office skills, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate must be customer-focused and have excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will be able to manage a varied workload and to prioritise activities appropriately.
