This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Westminster as a College Events Coordinator offering crucial support delivering events in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, comprised of four schools: Humanities, Law, Life Sciences and Social Sciences.

We are seeking to appoint an efficient and committed coordinator, who enjoys autonomy and variety, to support and deliver a wide range of events. In this diverse role, you will work closely with the Head of College, Heads of Schools, and academic colleagues providing advice and assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive demeanour while working collaboratively alongside other colleagues in the College Support Office in a fast-paced team environment. Key requirements include strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a flexible approach to managing competing workloads and deadlines.
