We are looking for a highly-motivated and organised events professional to help us deliver our student recruitment events.

The University of Westminster is a global university with London energy. Our University is a place where discoveries are made, barriers are broken, diversity is celebrated and where everyone is welcome. Our student recruitment events are an important part of our Global Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Communications department.

As Events Officer, you will play a pivotal role in helping to create, co-ordinate and deliver the university student recruitment events both online and on-campus. Which includes Undergraduate Open Days, Postgraduate Open Events and Offer Holder events.

Reporting to and working with an Events Manager, you will be confident working independently and collaboratively, highly organised and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will have experience coordinating multiple events at a time and understand basic Health & Safety practices. You will be able to build relationships quickly with various professional service teams, academic colleagues and student ambassadors ensuring the delivery and evaluation of successful events.

Whilst we operate a flexible working approach, due to the nature of this role, a high-proportion of the role will need to be spent on-campus - particularly in the build-up to events.
