This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until 31 July 2025.

We have a vacancy within our Student Centre team based at our Marylebone campus. The post is positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the University's student services.    

The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills.  The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of several teams. 

Although based at Marylebone, successful candidates will be expected to work shifts at our Cavendish and Harrow campuses as and when required.
