Do you have exceptional events management experience? We are looking to bring this experience to a brand new University Marketing team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Events Marketing Manager to drive the delivery of the marketing strategy through leading and coordinating the University’s events programme. 

You will be strategic in nature and responsible for supporting the conversion process (generating, nurturing and closing leads) and raising the profile and visibility of the University through managing our attendance at third party events and by designing and delivering a comprehensive range of our own recruitment, high-profile and corporate events for a variety of University stakeholders.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, evaluating and reporting on all events in relation to key conversion metrics and return of investment. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative and dedicated to continually testing, measuring, learning and evolving our events calendar. You will act as the point of contact for advice for all events, making sure they align to the corporate and marketing strategy.

You will have a passion to see your work make a difference and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of marketing alongside event management. You will also have a good understanding of brand management, current marketing trends and digital developments that create a wow factor at events.

You will possess strong interpersonal skills and can work under pressure, on time and to the highest standards. The role will suit an enthusiastic, tech-savvy and organised individual who is a self-starter and keen to apply their skills and experience across our events portfolio.
