The Estates Planning & Facilities department, within the University of Westminster, provides support services to staff, students and external visitors.  We are seeking an experienced receptionist to provide an effective, well presented reception service ensuring a high quality customer experience and a first point of contact for enquiries.  

Dealing with a variety of customers, you will have flexibility, patience and a customer focused attitude and be able to multi-task in a busy environment.  You will have responsibility to ensure enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner, as well as processing deliveries and prioritising daily tasks for the facilities staff.  You will therefore possess good organisational skills and assist in the coordination of key services to the site.

Contract Ends: December 2017

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm - 7pm (P/T)
