This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week

We are seeking an HR Adviser to provide professional advice and support to Professional Services colleagues, including senior managers, on the interpretation and application of policy, legislation and best practice. You will manage a wide-ranging portfolio of casework, including grievance and disciplinary issues, ill health, and capability. This post is within the HR Advisory Support Team where HR Partners and Advisers work closely together to support the University’s strategic aims and objectives.  

This post requires a part CIPD qualified HR practitioner with a thorough understanding of current employment legislation and best practice.  You will be required to demonstrate that you have the skills, knowledge, drive and experience to provide effective, efficient and client-focused HR advice.

The University employs circa 2800 staff, in a unionised environment, located on four main sites within the West End of London and at Harrow. Whilst this role is based in central London, the University currently operates a hybrid working model and work will be undertaken from home and on site in central London.
