This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until 30 September 2023. 

We are looking for an organised, motivated and experienced reservations professional to help us deliver exceptional service to our students and commercial clients during the summer months.

This role requires excellent organisation, written and verbal communication and customer service skills, and a confidence to liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, good numeracy skills as well as understanding of spreadsheets and databases. 

As Senior Reservations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our individual and group clients and will provide an exceptional customer experience dealing with requests and queries in a professional and efficient manner. You will be part of a team responsible for taking and managing reservations via email, telephone and on-line. You will be monitoring availability for the on-line sales, taking and recording payments, and sending out confirmations, dealing with feedback and complaints.  

The role is mainly Monday to Friday but may require some flexibility and occasional weekend work.
