This post is part-time and permanent, working 21 hours per week. 

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the newly refurbished clinic at the University’s New Cavendish Street campus.

The Clinic Administrator will support the delivery of School of Life Science activities by providing a high-quality customer-focused service to external and internal clients/users.  They will provide administrative support and reception services which include the maintenance of specialist clinic appointment software, filing systems and management of payments. 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. They will have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate sensitivity and empathy when working with a variety of clients and patients. Proficiency with IT systems, team working, and flexibility are essential for the role.

The School of Life Sciences occupies modern laboratories and a clinic in the heart of London with excellent facilities supporting cutting edge research in a number of disciplines including molecular and cellular biology, fermentation and biotechnology, and human health and performance. The clinic provides the external facing environment for a variety of health and wellbeing services, training, and research in these areas.
