  • About The Post

  • This post is part-time, 14 hours per week and fixed term until 31 March 2029. The salary stated in salary details is the pro-rata amount, the full time salary would be £35,856 - £40,088 per annum (Incl. LWA) 

    This role presents an exciting opportunity to become part of the team delivering the Enact: PR Voices and SPARKLE Phase 2 project (AHRC Grant number AH/Z000769/1) which will establish a core national data service including a repository built for practice research. The post is based at the University of Westminster who lead the Enact consortium comprised of the University of Leeds, Queen Mary University of London, and project partners the British Library and Jisc.

    The Enact team comprises the Enact Executive Group (made up of the Project Lead and Co-Leads) and the Enact Delivery Team led by the Enact Project Lead and made up of the Enact Repository Manager and Enact Project Co-ordinator. The Enact project will be delivered by a team comprised of researchers, repository, research data, research management and open standards experts, working in partnership with an appointed technology partner. This will be underpinned by an approach of working in co-design with all Enact communities.

    The Enact Project Coordinator will be the lynchpin to enable the successful delivery of the Enact Project. They will act as a key point of contact for the project and create, commission and/or deliver content across communication channels and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. They will maintain project management documentation, organise meetings and events and provide secretarial support to the Enact team, Enact Project Board and Enact Community Advisory Group.

    We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and proactive team player who is a clear, confident communicator and skilled at building positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders. They will bring experience supporting projects and a genuine interest in the aims and objectives of the Enact project.

  • Additional Information

  • This post has a specific number of hours allocated necessary to deliver the project objectives. Working hours are flexible,  however, the postholder will need to make themselves available for project team meetings and project related events and meetings.

    In line with the University of Westminster’s smart working approaches the post can be carried out as hybrid, however, the postholder will be expected to be on site in London a minimum of one day a month and be available to travel to Enact related events and meetings.

    We are willing to consider secondment opportunities to enable candidates with the relevant skills and experience to apply for this role however we are looking for candidates who can be available to start in May 2026.
