Library Customer Service Assistant

There are three vacancies available in our Library and Archives Service. 

One post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. The other post is part-time and permanent, working 31.5 hours per week. The last post is part-time, 28 hours per week and fixed term until March 2022.

The post holders will enjoy working in an exciting and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidates will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and relevant IT skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team.
