This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

We are looking for someone to be part of the University’s successful Global Mobility Centre which is responsible for the management, development and delivery of the University’s fee-paying Study Abroad programmes and working with the DVC International on the provision of outgoing exchange opportunities.

The successful candidate will need to have studied or worked abroad and be a self-motivated and highly organised administrator with a positive and flexible approach.

This role will be multi-functional requiring work across all programme provision and in a busy and demanding working environment. You will need to demonstrate evidence of excellent organisational, prioritisation and IT skills, knowledge and experience of finance and budget systems, and also demonstrate the ability to maintain attention to detail. Evidence of your capacity to work successfully both within a highly motivated team and on your own initiative is essential.

You will have experience of working in a client focused environment, preferably in an international context, and will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the importance of excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with client groups from a variety of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
