Global Mobility Team Assistant

Salary: NG3 - £26,208 per annum (Inc. LWA)

Location: Central London

You will be part of the University’s successful Global Mobility Team which is responsible for the management, development and delivery of the University’s fee paying Study Abroad programmes and working with the DVC International on the provision of outgoing exchange opportunities. You will need to have studied or worked abroad and be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised administrator with a positive and flexible approach. 

Your role will be multi-functional requiring you to work across all programme provision and the post is based in a busy and demanding working environment. You will need to demonstrate evidence of excellent organisational, prioritisation and IT skills, knowledge and experience of finance and budget systems, and demonstrate the ability to maintain attention to detail. Evidence of your capacity to work successfully both within a highly motivated team and on your own initiative is an essential skill you must be able to demonstrate. 

You will have experience of working in a client-focused environment, preferably in an international context, and you will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the importance of excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with client groups of a variety of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
