  • About The Post

  • This post is ringfenced for Westminster graduates only who graduated from June/July 2025 onwards. 

    This post is part-time, 30 hours per week, and is permanent. The salary stated above is the pro-rata amount, the full time salary would be £32,185 - £35,066 per annum (incl. LWA). 

    We are looking for an administrator to coordinate the day-to-day running of the Student Ambassador Programme, working closely with Student Ambassadors and colleagues who need to recruit them. The post holder will support the line manager in the recruitment, selection, and training of ambassadors and coordinate effective, efficient systems to enable the smooth running of the programme.  

    The Student Ambassador programme contributes to “Being Westminster” (the University Strategy) by enhancing student employability and improving retention and satisfaction of our current students. It also supports students to succeed in their education at the University of Westminster.

    We encourage applications from former students of the University of Westminster as this position is open exclusively to recent UoW graduates.

    The role will be required to work 5 days per week, 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working arrangements, and the post holder is expected to work 2/3 days per week on campus and four scheduled Saturdays for each academic year to support recruitment events on campus.
